A full-time opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Paralegal with upwards of six months experience in another Private Client department to join a sizeable North Yorkshire based firm in their Wetherby office. This firm is one of the highly recognised law firms in the North Yorkshire market, particularly for their expertise in Private Client. If you are a Private Client Paralegal with experience, close to Wetherby, looking to exposed to quality work and have the next step up on your CV than you must apply for this legal opportunity!Our client is ideally looking for someone with 12 months experience but will be happy to consider anyone who has upwards of six months experience. Those with no previous private client paralegal experience will not be considered.Role-In this role you will support two Solicitors with their private client caseload. There is also a secretary in the team so you will form a close knit team of four.-You will assist with the Solicitors full caseload throughout the matters from start to completion. This will expose you to a wide range of probate matters including, wills, trusts, inheritance tax, Powers of Attorney and much more.-The two Solicitors in the team that will be supporting you will give you fee earning responsibilities as and when you are comfortable.
