Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen in Wetherby to join a UK-wide organisation. The role will be supporting the Payroll Manager with a monthly payroll, pension payments, and maintaining accurate employee records.Client DetailsPage Personnel are collaborating with an excellent organisation with a Payroll Administrator opportunity, that offers an extensive employee benefits package, a flexible approach to working, and opportunities for career development.This Payroll Administrator opening is based in Wetherby, however working from home options may be permitted.DescriptionResponsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to, maintaining accurate employee records; processing all pension related duties; responding to both email and phone queries as required; working closely with the HR department in relation to employee matters, e.g. long-term sick pay; processing new starters/leavers/changes; assess and process statutory pay elements in accordance with legislation and company policy; and other duties as required.ProfileCandidates wishing to apply to the role should:

  • Either currently or have recently worked in a payroll related role
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Have a good systems knowledge and general computer literacy
  • Have great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be working towards, or looking to start, their CIPP (desirable, not essential)
