Website Manager/ Product Owner position (12 month FTC). Office in Cheltenham, open to remote working (SW based Bristol, Bath, Gloucestershire, Swindon). Salary up to £35k + benefits.We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Website Manager to join our client who are in the insurance industry with expertise in the not-for-profit space. The Website Manager will be responsible for the management and development of the companys website,including design, content, functionality, and analytics.What youll be doing Oversee the development and maintenance of the company website. Gathering feedback to support product roadmap and customer experience. Developing relationships with internal teams and clients to ensure the product is meeting both the business and the user requirements. Monitor website traffic and analytics, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance. Stay up-to-date with the latest web design and development trends, and implement new features as needed. Manage website budget and vendor relationships.What experience youll need Previous website management experience; whether thats as a Product Owner, Website Manager, Digital Manager or in a Digital Marketing Executive role with an emphasis on web. Website development CMS experience. Previous product experience, developing a product roadmap, ensuring its aligned to the product vision and users needs. Project management and budget management experience. SEO experience (ideally Google Analytics). Strong communication skills as this role will be client facing.
