We aren’t huge fans of job titles it about getting things done together.As our B2B CallCentre Manager you will join our Business Development team selling SaaS software and line managing 10 appointment bookers/lead generation executives reporting into the Sales Director and founder. Your remit will be to successfully grow the team to 30 increasing our market share and tech offering across multiple industry sectors. The tech side of our business is our USP and we have seen huge growth, success and strong B2B relationships built. It will be the CallCentre Managers role to ramp up the Business Development function devising and delivering their BD strategy for the business, making companies aware of our product and how it can support them in their roles.Although we haven’t been able to shout about our office over the last 12 months its pretty epic, you will be joining our team in Warrington at our brand-new state of the art offices, with cool breakout areas and a fun office environment, we even have an office dog! With regular team incentives, beer o’clock Fridays, two parties a year along with frequent charity events it all adds up to one amazing, vibrant place to work with one of the most exciting company cultures you could ever experience.Responsibilities – B2B Call Centre Manager - Developing a new customer focus approach with the business development and service teams- Lead, inspire and develop your team to offer the very best customer centric approach and service- Liaising with key stakeholders from external clients, 3rd parties and internal development team- Recruit and hire meeting bookers and junior sales executives to expand the BD team- Building relationships and selling into HR Directors and company owners- Agreeing and achieving monthly, quarterly & yearly sales targets with board- Upskill the existing team in lead generation and sales approachRequired Skills – B2B Call Centre Manager - A minimum of 2 years Call/Contact Centre Manager experience gained within a fast-moving B2B led business.- Regular experience and expertise working with HRDs and business leaders- Experience identifying, hiring & developing business development individuals and teams- Able to work to tight timescales and ability to push back if deadlines are not met- Background in leading business development teams with a strong eye for sales- Developed new processes and procedures in line with strategy- Understanding or background in technology- Strong team leadership skills and ability to get buy in from an existing team- Excellent project management skillAs our Call Centre Manager you will be joining the business during a time of real growth and success.
