Job Description

Come and join a leading, well established and award winning family run business!The Ford Sales Division of the Haynes Group is looking for: Showroom Receptionist (part time) for our new Ford Showroom, based at Head Office Maidstone. This role is a customer facing role that requires a very well presented person with a professional manner, demonstrating strong people skills, excellent communication, and administrative skills. This is a meet/greet role as you will be the first person that customers will meet when entering the showroom, assisting both Sales and Aftersales customers as required. You will focus on directing customer enquiries, greeting and ensuring the overall customer experience is relaxed and professional whilst supporting the Haynes first class reputation we currently enjoy. You will need to demonstrate a stable work record along with strong customer service skills including a professional telephone manner, as answering incoming calls will be an essential part of the role. Previous experience with the right attitude and approach to working in a busy showroom together with the ability to work under pressure is essential. This position will involve a variety of administrative duties to support the Team, including greeting, logging in visitors and showroom assistant duties to cover holiday absence. A flexible approach to this role is important as holiday and sickness cover is also required, along with occasional weekend/evening duties to support special Haynes events.As a long established and highly regarded Ford Main Dealership for Maidstone and the surrounding area, we offer excellent future prospects for the right people.
