Job Description

Financial AnalysUp to £34,500PermanentHybrid / Kings Hill - any 2 days in the office each weekMonday to Friday - 35 hour week - between 8am and 5pm6 weeks annual leave (plus 8 days bank holidays)Generous pension scheme (up to 11% employer contribution), enhanced maternity and paternity and health cash plan scheme, paid volunteering daysThis Financial Analyst would ideally suit someone from a Customer Due Diligence / CDD analyst background; however, analysts from any financial services background would be considered as full training will be provided on the Customer Due Diligence. This FinancialAnalyst role would be to join a hardworking, close-knit team of 7 Analysts and 1 Administrator who work together as a team to support the High-Net-Worth and Ultra-High-Net-Worth client base by allocating the workload out fairly.The duties for this Financial Analyst role will include but not be limited to:

  • Carrying out due diligence on the overseas outgoing and incoming payments by use of appropriate searches, internet searches and customer information, allocating the correct risk rating to the payment.
  • Being responsible for reviewing customer account records, including enhanced due diligence on high-risk customers and PEPs to establish any changes which may affect their services.
  • Being responsible for requesting any outstanding documentation from the customer in order to satisfy AML requirements.
  • Being a subject matter expert in the CDD processes and related policies
  • To respond to enquiries from customers in accordance with the correct standards and Policies.
  • To work with other teams across the business to ensure excellent customer service.
