Recruiting for Programme Managers KSS AHSNs Technology Navigation and Patient Safety Improvement workstreamsFull-time at 37.5 hrs per week - although consideration will be made to job-share applications.Salary range between £50,500 to £57,500 or;NHS AfC Band 8a secondments, on the basis that potential secondees have an agreement, in principle, by their line manager to make an application for the secondment opportunity.These roles are offered on either KSS AHSN Fixed Term Contract or NHS Secondment terms for either 12 month period, or until end of March 2022, initially. NB: one role is offered to cover a period of maternity leave.Exciting opportunities have arisen at KSS AHSN for five new Programme Managers within our Programme Delivery team.Three of these new roles will have a specific focus, upon appointment, to our Patient Safety Improvement workstream. A further role, which is being offered to cover a period of maternity leave, will have specific responsibilities to our Technology Navigation workstreams. There is a further Programme Manager role available too, with allocation of workstreams to be confirmed upon appointment.We are seeking self-reliant, enthusiastic, flexible individuals who have highly developed communication skills. They will be able to influence and persuade on highly complex matters and in difficult situations, with a flair for adapting tone and message for different audiences. The successful candidates will have a background in managing large scale projects, or programmes, within the public sector, along with effective partnership working and stakeholder management experience. Ideally, we are looking for candidates who have a background of clinical experience, or regular interaction with clinicians.Now is a great time to join the AHSN.
