Job Description

Would you like to join a passionate organisation who put their patients care at the forefront of everything they do You will be joining a global organisation where you will be contributing to the welfare of people all over the world Admin Coordinator Medical Affairs Team reporting to Country Medical Affairs Director based in Dubai. Roles and Responsibilities * Provides administrative and clerical support to Medical Affairs Eastern Europe team based in UK * Keeps the bigger picture in mind and influences workflows accordingly * Responsible for coordinating of events which includes the planning, organizing and implementation of a number of event activities * Liaises with guests and speakers to assess needs and coordinates, as needed, such activities as travel, hotel, expense reports and tools and materials and facilitates the regular Grants Committee meetings * Prepares contracts with external organisations and prepares documents for ZINC web approval tool * Support Medical Project Managers in technical aspects of Medical Information Service * Prioritizes workload involving multiple large projects/timelines * Responsible for maintaining a calendar of appointments, meetings, and events * Travel arrangements as needed * Maintains inventory of supplies for the department * Typically, coordinates the preparation of annual budget, reviews monthly budget, reviews and researches variances Requirements: * Experience in Medical Affairs/ Clinical Research will be additional asset * Advanced knowledge and experience using a number of office software such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word * Fluency in English * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required * Knowledge and understanding of administrative and office policies * Strong attention to detail * Must be able to work well independently under the general guidance of the manager Parkside Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.Parkside Recruitment is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
