Job Description

Management Accountant Greenwich £55,000 - £60,000 + Bonus Cobalt is excited to be partnering with one of the most important regeneration developers in London in a search for a Management Accountant to join their established team.This role reports into the Financial Controller and critical to reporting on all operations across this large and exciting project, and will be responsible for the commercial analysis and monthly reporting across the various phases in this development.Key Responsibilities

Quarterly management accounts and work closely with the Financial Controller on the annual business plan for the project, reporting internally and to the external stakeholders.
Commercial analysis of income and expenditure for key business units in order to monitor profitability.
Review of the systems and processes to make sure efficiencies are realised and maintained.
Running model scenarios to assist management with any decision making across the project.
Oversight of the annual service charge budget, working closely with client accounting and facilities management

Key Attributes

Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
Working knowledge within the Real Estate or Hospitality Industries
Proven ability to add value and improve processes.
Confident in your work with ability to engage with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
