This role is part of our Peopleteam based in Corby. It all adds up to providing a service that is Better, Faster, Cheaper than our competitors.As the People Advisor, you will work with our site management teams to deliver our People Plan to ensure we deliver against our HR Strategy of Get, Grow, Keep. This helps our business to maximise its opportunities and remain competitivein the service we provide to our customers.Responsibilities of our People Advisor include:

  • Supporting the HR Business Partner in delivering against the People Plan
  • Building relationships with our site management teams, being trusted in your ability to coach and advise on people activity
  • Supporting our management teams with onsite performance through the performance of their people
  • Supporting and advising managers on absence management and employee relations
  • Developing and analysing people data to make appropriate recommendations which can influence decisions on people activity
  • Supporting with people projects such as brilliant basics
