Job Description

Weare looking for an autonomous, confident self-starter to join our Information Systems department as a Business Analyst and understand the business processes for both internal and external customers. The role is based in Corby on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary and benefits package.Advanced Supply Chain Group, offer a complete end to end supply chain service, from source to shelf, covering all aspects of supply chain management, global logistics, fulfilment and value added services, allowing our customers to maximise the opportunities that exist in today’s technology-enabled marketplace.We live and breathe our Values by being Innovative and Agile in everything we do, operating our business with Respect, investing in our People, and putting the Customer 1st whilst ensuring Quality is embedded in everything we do.As our Business Analyst, you will have the ability to translate into both IT and operational requirements within a fast-paced Supply Chain business, with the goal of delivering end to end solutions which are robust and efficient.Responsibilities of our Business Analyst:Engaging with clients to understand and model “as-is” and “to-be” business processesIdentifying and documenting business requirementsWorking with stakeholders to determine return on investmentDefining and embedding Standard Operating ProceduresDefining IT system requirements for internal development in the form of User StoriesResearching possible 3rd party technology solutions where applicableLiaising with key stakeholders to agree and drive prioritiesDriving User and Operational Testing activities to ensure smooth implementation and transitionDeveloping and maintaining active documentation to support knowledge sharingMust be willing to travel to locations across the UK and Europe to work with stakeholders as requiredOur Business Analyst should have the following skills and experience:- Ability to manage senior stakeholder and customer expectations.
