Job Description

WELDER - MELTON MOWBRAY, LE14 3JLCome and join our team based on our clients site in Melton Mowbray, LE14 3JL as a Welder.Our client is a leading UK Ground engineering company with state of the art production facility. We are looking for Welders for the preparation and manufacture of steel products.REQUIREMENTS FOR WELDER IN MELTON MOWBRAY:

  • MUST have previous experience as a welder.
  • MUST have own transport due to location.
  • MUST have the right to work in the UK.
You will be required to wear full PPE (hard hat, high vis & Steel toe cap boots). You will be required to attend a medical assessment in Castle Donnington (other locations available, full mileage paid)Shift and Pay Information for Welder:
  • 6am-2:30pm or 2pm-10:30pm
  • Monday to Friday
  • Pay Rate: £15.25 per hour.
What youll be doing as a Welder in Melton Mowbray, LE14 3JL not far from Nottingham:
  • Working within the preparation and manufacturing of steel products.
  • Part of the team producing steel cages for precast concrete bridge beams
  • Technical Drawings to work off.
  • Operating rebar cut and bend machine.
  • Make up reinforcement cages.
  • Loading Trucks
  • Steel unloading/coils loading.
  • Please note our client conducts Drug & Alcohol Screening.
