Come and join our team based on our clients site in Melton Mowbray, LE14 3JL as a Production Operative - Skilled Precast Concrete Operative.Our client is a leading UK Ground engineering company with state of the art production facility. This role will see you be part of the HS2 Project. Which is a new high-speed railway that will form the backbone of Britains transport network. It is the largest infrastructure project in EuropeTo apply for this role you must have experience as this is required and an up to date CV.Shift and Pay Information for Production Operative - Skilled Precast Concrete Operative

• 6am-2pm or 7am-3pm Monday to Friday
• Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour, increasing to £15.25 per hour after 12 successful weeks of work.
• Overtime available at £21.00

What youll be doing as a Production Operative - Skilled Precast Concrete Operation in Melton Mowbray, LE14 3JL

• Working within the preparation and manufacturing of pre-cast concrete.
• Fully engage in and promote Safety First Culture.
• Mould opening/demoulding and cleaning.
• Operative Gantry crane
• Strand tensioning, casting, detensioning, demoulding.
• Curing System.
• Repairing/sandblast on beam edges.
• Driving forklifts *Only if hold a valid licence.

About you:

• You will be required to wear full PPE (hard hat, high vis & Steel toe cap boots)
• MUST have concrete labouring experience.
• MUST have own transport due to location.
• MUST have the right to work in the UK.

You will be required to attend a Medical assessment in Castle Donnington (other locations available, full mileage paid)What can you expect as a as a Production Operative - Skilled Precast Concrete Operation in Melton Mowbray, LE14 3JL:
