Applications Support AnalystMy client is looking for an analytical and self-starting Support Consultant to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be a keen problem solver and enjoys working in a close-knit team in a supportive environment.This role is office-based in either North Wales or SomersetWhats on offer

Base salary up to £30,000

Responsibilities will include

Leading Office365 projects - managing and making any improvements required
Working closely with the IT Manager on any upgrade projects, taking on any ad-hoc duties
Liaise with key users/stakeholders within the business, to understand and solve any system issues, providing suitable solutions
Basic applications development for the in-house systems

My client is looking for a candidate who can offer

A general interest/passion in IT/Application Support
Office365, Microsoft Excel, Windows Server experience
Active Directory, TCP/IP networking experience
ERP (Dynamics NAV) experience - desired not essential, training will be provided
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
