Job Description

Due to continued growth and recent internal promotions, Bedspace are seeking to recruit 2 Regional Managers in the Northwest region. One role will be overseeing our residential services and the other will be overseeing our Outreach provision.This is an exciting opportunity to join our Service Delivery Team and help us to continue to grow the business within the Northwest. The roles will consist of working closely with the Regional Manager for Yorkshire, ensuring we have consistent working practicesacross all regions.The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, with flexibility on hours needed as this is a management position.The role can be based in either our Manchester or Liverpool office, but the successful applicant will be expected to travel to all Bedspace regions. Due to the areas this role covers, a car driver is essential.An electric company vehicle will be provided for the successful applicant. Whilst this is the companys preference, we are happy to discuss if you would prefer to use your own vehicle.The annual salary for the role will be £44,341.50 plus benefits, including the provided electric vehicle.Company benefits

About youThe ideal candidate will have a genuine passion about working within this sector, looking to make a difference to the young people we support. The successful applicant will have a wealth of experience in managing people and overseeing large services, withproven experience inputting into strategy and business plans. The successful candidate will be passionate, strategic and possess strong leadership skills to ensure Bedspaces values are lived out by all Managers & Staff, as well as maintaining quality assuranceand continuous improvement across their serviceEssential
  • 2 years experience of working within a service support setting within the last 5 years
  • Human Resource Management, at least 2 years previous experience managing a team within a support or service delivery setting
  • Extensive experience of working with external agencies to safeguard and provide positive outcomes and progress for children and young people.
  • Level 5 Diploma in relevant Leadership or Social Care qualification or willingness to work towards this and achieve within 2 years
  • Must hold a Full UK Drivers Licence and possess willingness to travel
  • Computer literate
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Thorough knowledge of safeguarding vulnerable adults and children
  • Thorough knowledge of supported living requirements and issues, housing issues affecting vulnerable people and understanding of current issues affecting vulnerable people.
  • The post is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure, an employment background check, satisfactory references and verification of right to work in the UK.
  • Experience of inputting into the business strategy and developing new business
