Job Description

A successful B2C client in Liverpool is recruiting a Sales Order Processor to join their sales admin team. The right applicant will be managing the day-to-day running of sales orders, processing orders whilst ensuring the highest standard of customer serviceto both internal and external customers.If you have proven experience working in a customer service or sales administration role, then this is the role for you!Responsibilities:Collect and input customer ordersManage customer orders and forecastsCommunicate stock levels to customersWork closely with sales teamManage customer queries and questionsCarry out other duties and adhoc projectsSkills Required:Must have recent experience working in a similar customer focused/sales admin roleSome experience of working in a customer service or sales admin role is preferredProfessional telephone manner - Good communicator as first point of contact with customerProficient in Excel, PowerPoint & WordGood team playerAble to work under pressureAble to demonstrate delivery of solutionsAble to prioritise workloadNVQ Level 2 in Customer Service would be desirableSalary £21k plus discretionary bonus (negotiable, depending on experience)8.30am-5pm Monday-Friday (office based tbc)20 days holidays + bank holidaysPension
