Housing Disrepair Fee EarnerSalary up to £45k plus bonusFull Time, PermanentMonday to Friday 35hrsWe are recruiting on behalf of a well-established law firm based in the Wavertree area of Liverpool who are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HDR Fee Earner join their team due to continued business growth.We are looking for a confident, self-motivated and experienced Fee Earner to join this growing company. Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing your own case load of HDR files from inception to settlement.
Prepare letters of claim and assess prospects of case.
Prepare surveyors instructions.
Prepare documents and proceedings.
Liaise with counsel and any other third parties involved.

Personal Specification:

Previous HDR experience is a must.
Excellent CPR knowledge.
Exceptional communication skills.
Team player.
