We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity working on behalf of a well known and established outsourcer, who specialise within the financial sector - they are a trusted outsourcing partner for some of top banking, mortgage and credit providersacross the world!They are keen to expand their existing team within their fun and vibrant Wavertree office. 40 hours per week
Working 5 days per week between Monday-Sunday on shifts between 8am-8pm

Location:

Working on-site at our clients office based in Wavertree L13.

The Role:You will be working on behalf of a Top 6 UK Banks as a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for helping customers with various queries surrounding their accounts

Ensuring customers receive the best service available
Taking queries by phone, email and web chat
Escalating any issues where required

What we are looking for:

Previous experience within a customer service environment - ideally within a contact centre environment, but this is not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
