Key skills:You must be organised, friendly and helpfulExcellent communication skills and computer literateFlexible and able to prioritise a changing to do listShould be trustworthy and reliable and happy to work in a team environmentMust have good analytical skills.4 GCSE’s or equivalent in English and MathsForeign languages would be an advantageFull driving licenceDuties/Responsibilities:To learn and fully understand the Standard Product portfolio of air heaters and controls Maintain and update the CRM database (Microsoft Dynamics AX)Receive, analyse, and acknowledge sales enquiries, including verification of client details and obtaining any other applicable information either by telephone or email.Generating standard product quotations as requiredTo understand our internal proposal programme, costing and heating calculations Follow up quotation status with customers Preparing and emailing any documentation requirements to customersEnsure all quotations meet customer requirements, and comply with all our specifications and regulationsGeneral office duties and supporting the full Sales teamFull training will be provided starting on the shop floor learning how our products are assembled/manufactured.
