Job Description

Serve Talent have partnered with a successful Engineering business to recruit an Accounts Administrator for their manufacturing facility based in Watton, Norfolk.Reporting to the Financial Controller, the key skills required for the role are:

  • Previous experience within an accounts based role.
  • Knowledge of purchase ledger processes.
  • Strong in communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organisation skills.
  • Ability to prioritise own workload and ensure that all deadlines are met.
  • IT literate - Excel (essential).
  • Proactive attitude, constantly looking for efficiencies and ways to improve processes
And here is what the role will entail on a daily basis:
  • Manage Purchase Ledger inbox.
  • Process and payment of BACS runs twice monthly.
  • Process all intercompany invoices.
  • Resolve invoice queries and disputes internally and externally.
  • Download, process and pay staff expenses.
  • Company credit card admin, purchasing & posting.
