Non Emergency Call Advisor - Wakefield & RotherhamPay Rate:Weekdays - £10.09Nights and Saturdays £13.62Sundays and Bank Holidays £17.15Shift pattern 24/7 (3 out of 4 weekends)Training is for 10 weeks at either Wakefield or Rotherham - the first 6 weeks would be full time and would need to be attended for all 6 weeks. Using NHS Pathways to record patients demographics and basicclinical information, you will assess their condition and ensure they are directed to the most appropriate healthcare professional or end disposition.You will provide assessment, basic advice and health information to patients calling 111, supporting them to access the appropriate level of care including advice to manage their symptoms at homeQualifications
