Job Description

We are currently recruiting for 111 Health Advisors for a site based in Rotherham. We can currently offer 24 or 30 hours a week with competitive rates of pay.As a Health Advisor for the Integrated Urgent Care service you will be the first point of contact of communication with patients, patients relatives, healthcare professionals and other callers. Using NHS Pathways to record patients demographics and basicclinical information, you will assess their condition and ensure they are directed to the most appropriate healthcare professional or end disposition.You will provide assessment, basic advice and health information to patients calling 111, supporting them to access the appropriate level of care including advice to manage their symptoms at home. Full training will be provided.Training Rota:11 week training period, working 4 or 5 days per week either 08:00 - 16:00 or 16:00 - 00:00, including some Saturdays. The full rotas are attached.Rotas:After 11 weeks training, you move to 24-hour or 30-hour rota. Overtime is available.Connaught Resourcing operates as an Employment Business and an Employment Agency.
