We provide comprehensive training tostaff teams in care units based across South Yorkshire, Midlands and Northwest.We are a constantly growing and expanding company and we are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and committed NVQ Assessor to join our friendly and highly trained team.Job Types: Full-time (40hrs), PermanentLocation: Rotherham (S63)Salary: competitive, dependent on skills, qualifications and experienceThe role:As one of our NVQ Assessors you will be responsible for:·Assessing Level 3 Diplomas in Residential Childcare; Children and Young Peoples Workforce; Level 3 Management and Level 2 Team Leading·Deliver training programs to learners, ensuring the highest possible standards are achieved.·Develop course material to support the training requirements.·Completion of all relevant paperwork and development of course materials to support the training requirements.·Monitor and report on learner progress and concerns.You will be working across a variety of Health and Social Care settings, including childrens homes, residential family centers and supported living accommodation.We require:The right candidate will have:·A recognized Assessor Qualification such as TAQA/A1/D32/33 or equivalent·Relevant work experience, preferably within the Health and Social Care sector, Children, Young People and families.·Excellent communication and time management skills·Ability to inspire and motivate learners·Ability to work as part of a team, or independently.·Full driving license with use of own vehicle and the ability to travel to our Services in South Yorkshire, the Midlands and the Northwest.·Business insuranceWe Offer:·Comprehensive salary contributory pension scheme·Comprehensive Induction as well as access to extensive on the job training resulting in nationally recognized qualifications.·An extremely rewarding and fulfilling job with great variety and many opportunities and commitment to career progression.·29 days annual leave (incl. bank holidays) - increasing up to 33 days with long service.·Travel expenses & mileage, as well as free on-site parking·Access to Blue Light Card discount schemeBecause the nature of our work is within the health and social care, Care2Succeed uses the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) to make checks at an enhanced level on all persons whose work or proposed work will involve regular contact with or working inclose proximity to the children and vulnerable adults in the care units our learners work in.Sponsorship not availableFor further information, please contact
