Job Description

We are looking for a full time or part-time HR & Finance Administrator to join our forward-thinking team. The role will be based in Wath Upon Dearne from our head office. On a day-to-day basis you will be carrying out administration tasks to a high standard,using Sage 50 Accounts, Microsoft Office and internal company systems.The ideal candidate will have experience in finance administrative duties. You will pay attention to detail, and understand the importance of quality working, in line with our company values. You will have an understanding of VAT, expenses and the importanceof filing and reporting structures. Supporting the HR & Finance Manager you will be able to work independently and as part of a growing team.

  • Sage 50 Accounts data entry
  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Finance inbox & telephone query management

  • Processing staff expenses & mileage
  • Reconciling and processing daily bank transactions
