Payroll Administrator/ Co ordinatorLeavesden, Watford, HertsTo £26,000Monday to Friday : 8.30am - 5.00pm, 9.00am - 5.30pm, 9.30am - 6.00pmJoining a small team , this role is responsible for accurately preparing and processing payroll files for contractors and self employed clients, ensuring payments are made within agreed client timescales.Co ordinating the collection of new starter information for on-boarding new clientsManage the client though the payroll process ensuring that information is received, understood and approved in adherence to client and company standardsEnsure reports are produced and tracked, including HMRC submissionsEnsuring the timely issuing of payslips, P45s and P60s in accordance with service and regulatory requirementsEnsure compliance at all times to relevant payroll regulations and legislation and understand the implications of non complianceThe successful candidate must have some payroll processing experienceTo find out more and to apply please send your CV
