Job Description

Training AdministratorMy client, based in Central Watford is seeking a Training Administrator.Ideally you will have the following skills: • Building relationships with training providers ensuring cost effective courses available. • Ability to learn and understand Professional qualification requirements/Continued Professional Development. • Reviewingof online mandatory training assessments, ensuring successful completion by staff and Principals. • Assistance with setting up training rooms where required. • Helping with inductions. • Arrange student bookings on agreement with L&D Manager. • Coordinatingstudy dates on spreadsheet. • Attending University/school fairs to talk to students/parents and teachers. • Coordinating inhouse training where needed. • Arranging and booking meetings and book training courses accordingly. • Supporting the L&D Manager withthe development of all students and apprentices with their studies and associated programs. • Providing day to day assistance on Appraisals across the firm. • Ensuring all Appraisals are completed across the firm and review training needs. • Regularly assessfile records to ensure they are retained or securely destroyed in line with GDPR requirements. • General scanning/filing and routine administrative tasks. • Handling day to day queries from all levels of staff. Ideally you will have the following skills: •Confidential nature due to dealing with personal and sensitive information. • Approachability and adaptability are key to this role. • Excellent inter-personal skills, working well with colleagues and the team. • Pro-active and independently make decisionswhen needed. • Excellent organisational skills. • Good verbal, face-to-face and written communication. • IT competent. • Team orientated. • The ability to remain calm and composed in all situations. • To be able to work in a fast-paced and busy environment.• The ability to work on own initiative and be proactive at all times.Training AdministratorThe package will include: • Annual Christmas Bonus equivalent to 1 week’s salary. • Salary Sacrifice Pension Scheme all staff are auto enrolled. (Employer: 5%; Employee:3%) subject to eligibility. • Private Medical Insurance following completion of 3 monthsservice (this is a taxable benefit). • Death in Service scheme cover (4x salary). • Group Income Protection Scheme (non-contributory) following completion of 3 months service. • Annual Leave will be 25 days per annum (pro rata). 3 days are normally taken atChristmas/New Year.
