Job Description

An exciting PE-backed organisation with international footprint across EMEA has plans to quadruple in headcount and valuation in the next 3-4 years. Seeking ambitious and driven Talent Acquisition Partners who are hungry for growth to join a fresh newTA team. Opportunities for personal development, international outreach, and wherever you excel! Reporting into the Talent Team Lead, the Talent Acquisition Partner will be joining a fresh new team. You will be recruiting into a niche sector and take ownership of multiple roles in a fast paced environment.In this role, you will be responsible for managing and tracking clinical vacancies within a defined region, understanding your Hiring Managers needs, supporting with building a pipeline, shortlisting and managing the process through to completionBased in Watford, Hertfordshire. Hybrid working is of course an option.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning the full 360 recruitment life-cycle in a fast paced environment
  • Supporting and advising the hiring managers in their hiring needs
  • Collaborating with the TA team in delivering and optimising an efficient recruitment process
  • Delivering creative attraction and pipeline building methods to support recruiting within a competitive market
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skillset:
  • You will have 3-5 years experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent direct sourcing ability with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, advise
  • Proactive team-player, creative mindset, and go-getter attitude
