Job Description

We’re looking for two Senior HR generalists to partner with our directors to make sure they have the winning teams capable of achieving our accelerated growth ambitions and strategic priorities.At GAMA Healthcare we help prevent infections and save lives. Our flagship products, disinfectant wipes and hand gels are already widely used across the healthcare sector in the UK and in many other countries. Now, as infection prevention has become a global priority, new customers want access to our products – in corporate, retail and consumer markets. This presents an opportunity for GAMA to develop and expand the organisation across many teams.What will you do

  • Co-create plans with Divisional Leaders which ensures each team has the capabilities to play their part in achieving GAMA’s strategic priorities.
  • Co-own selection decisions for key roles in assigned departments, ensuring we have highly capable people that can live GAMA’s values.
  • Support and guide team leaders as they lead their teams through significant growth. Your change management interventions will ensure people understand and embrace new processes and ways of working.
  • Facilitate the effective delivery of core people processes such as performance management, pay reviews and talent management processes.
  • Coach managers in a range of people skills to ensure the learning from our investments in manager skills programmes are embedded and that we may retain and develop talented people.
  • Own or contribute to various company-wide organisational change programmes and ensure the changes delivered align with GAMA’s values and behaviours.
  • Think and operate strategically as well as rolling your sleeves up to get the job done
  • Play your part making Human Resources a Winning Team.
  • What will you need
  • Previous success in handling a broad HR remit with key stakeholders and in a dynamic change environment.
  • Strong change management experience, helping team leaders prepare their teams for continuous change and development.
  • Commercially astute, regularly realigning our priorities to GAMA’s wider scale-up agenda.
  • Depth of expertise in other niche HR areas (for e.g. sales performance management, reward, employee relations, coaching skills, organisation design or development)
  • Experience of facilitating interactive workshops
  • Analytical and data driven approach
  • Approachability – to all levels, discreet, broad influencing tool kit,
  • Organisation – be able to move at pace – its s busy place!
  • Collaboration – willingness to share with and learn from colleagues
  • Resilience and energy to positively manage change
  • What will you get
