We are looking for an Assertive, Organised and Confident Room Leader to lead and manage the 2-3s room at a nursery in Watford. Someone who can motivate and inspire others and be a positive role model in an early years environment. The successful personwill be part of the leadership team and there will be opportunities to for progression within the company, for the right person. You will work full time, all year round, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. This is a permanent position with a generous salaryand benefits.
