Job Description

New & Used Car Sales ExecutiveAutomotive Retail DealershipWatford (WD18)£15,000 pa to £20,000 pa DOEOTE £40-45k pa uncapped, minimum commission guarantee + car4 weekdays + Saturday & alternate SundaysRenault Watford seeks an experienced motor retail sales executive to join our busy dealership in Croxley (postcode WD18).You will be joining a high-performing Sales Team that prides itself on providing excellent customer care. Working in our lively showroom you will be showcasing and promoting new and used cars from the popular Renault and Dacia ranges as well as approved used cars from other makes and manufacturers. The role also involves selling supplementary products like finance, insurance, extended warranties, service plans and other value added services.Hours of work

  • 4 weekdays + Saturday and alternating Sundays
  • 8:30am to 6:00pm weekdays.
  • Saturdays 9am to 6pm.
  • Sundays 10am to 4pm.
  • Occasional late rota on weekdays with a 7pm finish.
  • One regular weekday off per week
    • The selected candidate will be confident and determined to succeed, have superb personal presentation, have a successful career history in commission-based sales (ideally in motor retail), and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers.Candidates must have current job experience in motor vehicle retail, preferably with a main dealer volume brand.Furthermore you must hold a Full UK Driver’s license in order to be considered for this role. It is essential for our company car insurance, carrying out test drives and eligibility to our Company Car scheme.In return we offer a basic salary of £15,000 per annum (DOE), uncapped commission OTE £40,000 to £45,000 pa plus a company car.
