Mid-Level AWS DevOps Engineer - North London - £65k - Enterprise Mobile appsAvanti Recruitment is working with a successful SaaS based software house working on Enterprise mobile applications in North London to recruit a Mid-level AWS DevOps Engineer to join their technical team.They have been using a DevOps approach for a while but there is still a lot to be done to help in automating their AWS Cloud environment and CI/CD pipelines. You will be deploying .NET applications so experience in a .NET and Windows environment will be beneficial. Their DevOps roadmap includes adoption of a Container based approach with Kubernetes and Docker in the future.As part of a small team you will have the opportunity to influence their DevOps approach and the tooling they are using so this will be a great opportunity for a Mid-level DevOps Engineer to gain new experience and learn new toolsKey Responsibilities:Performing deployments of applications, websites, Restful APIs and Lambda functions in a Microservices environmentManaging cloud infrastructure including AWS and MongoDB Atlas to improve reliability and efficiency.Writing and implementing scripts to automate CI/CD for websites and APIs.Maintaining and monitoring AWS/MongoDB resources and system performancesDevOps documentationKey Skills: AWS, CI/CD tools, Restful APIs and microservices
