Job Description

Marketing Executive and Campaign Associate will be working for a marketing team that sits at the cutting edge of eCommerce - bringing to life the future of buying and selling online and driving leads for our business as well as raising the profile of the business through PR. Your role will give you insights into consumers, and a wide range of industries and businesses. In next to no time, you will be an expert in eCommerce and the future of retail.You will be producing a high quality of your work, and ensure it is effective at generating leads, and creating noise about the business. The role is wide-ranging, but also tailorable to your skillset.You will need to:

  • Manage, organize and run key marketing campaigns for WTC alongside our research and PR agencies and in conjunction with our key stakeholders (regional and international).
  • Help to produce and market our campaigns to drive leads to the business
  • Create and deliver presentations related to Thought Leadership topics
  • Develop thought pieces - blogs/articles on relevant eCommerce topics
  • Aid on relevant RFIs, RFPs and Client pitches as and when required
  • Work with our PR Agency as and when required - including writing by-lines and conducting interview (press and TV)
  • Aid with the management of the Marketing Budget

  • Degree in Marketing, Business or something similar
  • Ambitious - you see this role as the key to unlocking your future potential and a successful career either in consultancy, agencies, or Clients.
  • Somebody who can excite Clients about Wunderman Thompson Commerce and its offering through written, presentation or verbal communication.
  • Passionate about digital and e-commerce.
  • Well presented with excellent verbal, written and listening skills.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Confidence and a persuasive manner.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Happy to present to senior executives.
  • Able to defend a position, represent the view of others, and see issues from multiple angles.
  • Ability to influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level.
  • Passionate about the possibilities of revolutionising commerce through digital.
  • Will take on any job, no matter how menial or complex, big or small, and make sure that its quality is always of the highest order.
  • Happy to change your plans at the last minute to get on a train, a plane, or in a car to make sure that our Clients are happy, and we are helping them to transact more digitally
