Job Description

As an eCommerce Assistant you will work with one of our large retailers to:

  • Support with the management of online product catalogue and content pages
  • Upload new content on Homepages, Blogs, Navigations
  • Update product imagery, format/edit descriptions, ensure all relevant details and attributes are displayed, merchandise where required
  • Manage housekeeping of Magento platform and content
  • Review site and amend anything that is not in line with brand guidelines
  • Adhere to eCommerce best practices
  • Fully test pages before they are sent for approval across devices

  • Good understanding of eCommerce platforms - Ideally Magento
  • Experience in retail, eCommerce Digital Experience
  • Highly competent with Microsoft Office Excel (Advanced)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to communicate both verbally and written with internal and external stakeholders
  • Must be able to deal with multiple tasks on a regular basis, to reach business requirements
    • If you know some of this even better!
  • Experience of Photoshop or other similar programs
  • Working Knowledge of HTML and CSS
