Job Description

Absolute IT Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced C++ Developer to join an established business who are growing their Smart Technologies team.The successful engineer will be working alongside an exceptional team of engineers, utilising a modern technology stack that includes (but is not limited to) C++, JavaScript, NodeJS, LabVIEW, Python, Matlab, C# and more. Although the successful engineer will be working with C++ and NodeJS in this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of modern technologies across different projects.The successful C++ Developer will have the following attributes:

  • Commercial experience working with C++.
  • Experience working with modern JavaScript languages (ideally, NodeJS).
  • Experience working with Git, SVN or similar source control tools.
  • Experience working with SQL.
    • Nice to have:
  • Educated to a degree-level in a technical discipline.
  • Experience working with NoSQL is desirable.
  • Knowledge of alternative languages such as LabVIEW, Python and C# is highly desirable.
