Job Description

Business Development / Sales Executive - ACRYLIC DESIGN WATFORDJob Description - Business Development / Sales ExecutiveACRYLIC DESIGN WATFORD is a small privately-owned factory. We specialise in the manufacturing and selling of a range of Acrylic products and accessories for a variety of business clients. We seek a dynamic person to learn the business and to expand the client base and to grow our revenue increase sales.The role of the Business Development / Sales Executive is to work with our management team, to learn our product range and to identify new markets, expand our reach and grow our clientele base. If you have sales experience in any field and are competitive, financially motivated and capable of learning about new products and new markets, we would like to talk with you.You will be given time to learn the business alongside our management team before taking over full responsibility for the Business Development / Sales Executive role.Duties and Responsibilities

  • Educate yourself on our existing clients, quantify their needs and highlight new opportunities.
  • Familiarise yourself with all our products, adaptations, applications and innovations.
  • Work directly with our Product and Sales Specialists to prepare costings, quotes and proposals.
  • Manage your portfolio of clients and grow sales revenue through existing and new products.
  • Identify new sectors, new clients and new opportunities and grow sales & revenue potential.
  • Track and analyse new needs or trends which represent business opportunities for us and our clients.
  • Research existing & new sectors to identify full sales potential or new opportunities for business
  • Provide effective and efficient reporting on all sales and marketing strategies, actions and results.
  • Develop Account or CRM’ Management systems to maximise revenue sales and retain clients.
  • Complete existing in-house Sales Admin systems and propose improvements.
  • Cooperate with the existing senior team on Sales, client relationships and business development.
  • Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree - HIGH level education, preferably in a Business, Marketing or Finance related fields/industries.
  • 2 Years of sales experience in working with clients in a product-focused, business to business and/or commercial environment.
  • Experience of dealing selling directly with clients and providing high levels of customer service.
  • Knowledge or experience of Sales administration or business development systems or procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and administration skills.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and other commercial applications.
  • Confidence and an ability to work as part of a team to drive business success to increase sales and margins.
  • Willingness to learn the skill of quantifying, pricing and quoting on products and contracts.
