A 2nd Line IT Support Analyst is required by our client based in Watford, Hertfordshire. A salary of up to £30,000 basic is available dependent upon experience.Our client is looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Analyst to support users across multiple sites in London and the Home Counties. You will be based from Watford. You will cover Desktop Support at 1stand 2ndline and progress into Systems Administration. The successful applicant will have strong PC build and imaging skills as well as experience with Windows 10, MS Office 2013 and/or Office 365. You’ll also be given training to enable you to take on more systems administration duties over time.You will ideally have solid knowledge of Network topologies, Windows Server and VMWare, Exchange Server, Windows 10 and O365 as well as WSUS and SCCM or willingness to learn.You’ll join a company within the Property sector who employ over 200 staff, they value their staff and you’ll be given excellent training and mentoring as well as a clear career path.TRAINING / CAREER PROSPECTSYou will receive training on WSUS, Imaging and SCCM initially. Within 6 months, you’ll also receive training on Windows Server and Exchange.
