Job Description

Customer Service Team LeaderBrook Street is looking for an experienced Team Leader to join an industry leading company on a permanent basis. You will oversee various departments to ensure targets and KPIs are achievedWhat will you do as Customer Service Team Leader

  • Participate in training and development
  • To take responsibility for team performance by monitoring and providing feedback
  • Ensure quality levels are maintained
  • Ensure all objectives are in line with company values and vision
  • Be the main point of contact for customer service interactions
