Job Description

This will be a fun and challenging role that offers the chance to make an immediate impact, and we’re looking for a competent, creative thinker who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and drive positive action across all areas of marketing.About the RoleThis is a varied and fast-paced role. You will be managing a marketing executive, with scope for team growth in the near future. You’ll oversee the work of the team, making sure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. But there’ll be plenty of opportunities for you to get stuck in, be creative, and produce some fantastic content. Other Responsibilities include:

  • Working with senior management to create and deliver marketing plans which support the company objectives.
  • Raising the profile of the company and acting as brand custodian.
  • Leading internal communications.
  • Understanding competitors, including their position, strategies, market share, pricing, and promotions.
  • Managing and monitoring all online marketing activity, including social content, web content, paid campaigns, sales materials and customer communications.
  • Ensure that all company literature is up to date and fit for purpose.
  • Effectively manage external agency relationships, including advertising and design.
  • Create and manage a content calendar in line with the overall marketing and PR strategy.
  • Manage attendance and exhibition at industry events, including hosting Tritility’s own calendar of activities for internal and external audiences.
  • The successful candidate:
  • Will ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a management marketing role within a B2B environment.
  • Will be an excellent writer, with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Will have an eye for good design and page layouts.
  • Will ideally be competent in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, photoshop and Acrobat.
  • Will be an excellent communicator, friendly and approachable with a confident and credible presence with customers. Your professional outlook will make you a self-starter and a team player with strong organisational skills.
  • Will have experience with CMS packages such as Wordpress or Webflow.
  • Will be proficient in the use of social media for B2B marketing.
