What are we looking for
  • We are looking for a Recruitment Manager or a Managing or Senior Consultant with a minimum of 3 years recruitment agency experience looking to manage their own branch.
  • The ability to coach and develop team members
  • Excellent negotiation skills, confident in agreeing terms in line with business standards
  • Confident communication skills and be able to speak to people at all levels
  • Highly organised individual with the ability to meet required deadlines
  • Extremely tenacious individually with the ability to go above and beyond in providing the highest levels of service to both client and candidate
Role Overview:As a Recruitment Branch Manager, it is expected that you will have responsibility for sales and operational requirements for the team, this includes growth through sales development individually and through team members. You are responsible for managing,coaching, and developing talent within your team to ensure they are all high performing individuals, who are motivated, collaborative and fully engaged.As a Recruitment Branch Manager, you will be carrying out the following duties:
  • Developing members of your team through one-to-one mentoring and coaching
  • Using a whole variety of means to generate new business
  • Looking after our existing clients to ensure our high levels of repeat business continues
  • Ensuring the recruitment cycle is being carried out by the team
  • Managing our internal recruitment system and taking ownership for ensuring it is clean, relevant, and easy to use
  • Adhering to company compliance, policies, and procedures
