Job Description

Water Hygiene Engineer -Warwickshire -- £23,000-29,000My client specialises in the safeguarding of water in order to protect people, places and assets.They provide legionella and water hygiene services in compliance with the requirements of the HSE ACoP L8 and HSG274. They are currently recruiting for a Water Hygiene Engineer to join their growing business.Key duties of a Water Hygiene Engineer:

  • TMV inspections, servicing, and testing.
  • Chlorination and cleaning of cold-water storage tanks.
  • Temperature monitoring.
  • Water Sampling.
  • Legionella testing.
  • Calorifier flushes and drains.
Desired experience of a Water Hygiene Engineer:
  • Full UK drivers license (essential).
  • Be able to pass a DBS check.
  • Good basic understanding of ACOP L8.
  • You must be polite and professional.
  • Ideally some experience in the water sector such as an NVQ in plumbing.
  • Be able to pay attention to detail.
