Job Description

Senior HR AdvisorBased in WarwickshirePaying up to £40k + BenefitsAre you an experienced HR professional looking for an exciting new challenge Our client, a leading organisation based in Warwick, is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their dynamic team. If you are passionate about employee relations, compliance, andcreating a positive work environment, then this opportunity is for you.Responsibilities:

  • Provides expert guidance and support to managers and employees on all employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, appeals, medical capability, and TUPE.
  • Ensures compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Participates in the development and review of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practises and legal requirements.
  • Mediates conflicts and disputes between employees or departments.
  • Supports the employee relations team and management in offering guidance to employees dealing with work-related concerns and personal matters.
  • Provides guidance to managers on conducting performance reviews and addressing performance issues.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Assists in establishing and implementing employee well-being initiatives.
  • Prepares and maintains accurate records of employee relations issues, investigations, and resolutions.
  • Designs and delivers training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law, case law, and HR best practises.
  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Familiarity with conflict resolution and well-being programme development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in addressing challenges.
  • Impeccable timekeeping and attendance record.
