Technical Director of Planning ServicesThe successful candidate will be responsible for the technical quality and development of the planning services. As a key member of the management team you will be expected to play a proactive role in company performance and the development of new businessopportunities for strategic growth. With direct line management responsibilities for the planning team you will promote training, technical awareness and career progression.You will direct and have an input to projects and have up to date knowledge of UK Planning and environmental legislation. You will, together with the planning team, provide guidance and technical advice to our clients and others in the company regardingplanning policy and legislation, co-ordinate EIAs and the preparation of Environmental Statements and planning and DCO applications. Experience in minerals and waste planning is essential.
