Social Media Manager£30,000 - £32,000WarwickshireWe are currently partnered with a brilliantly talented PR & Communications agency based in Warwickshire, supporting them in their quest to recruit an equally talented Social Media Manager for their team.This agency is a real gem, they’ve been around for many years and have built a brilliant client base of loyal and committed businesses that partner with them to deliver creative PR, comms and digital marketing campaigns that deliver great results.They have a great culture - I know everyone SAYS that, but this agency live and breathe it! They are a close team that work to support eachother, there’s no hierarchy here – everyone is in it together and they enjoy what they do. They have an office basein Warwickshire and work with a really flexible hybrid set-up with some days in the office and others from home – whatever works for you works for them.What will you be doing as this agency’s new Social Media Manager

  • You’ll work with your clients and senior team to devise social media content plans and calendars across all social platforms.
  • You’ll be creating scroll stopping content that helps your clients engage and interact with their target audiences.
  • You’ll have the opportunity to working on paid and organic social campaigns for a couple of the agency’s key clients.
  • You’ll be part of a collaborative and creative team, with the opportunity to campaign brainstorms and see your ideas come to fruition.
We’re looking for a candidate who:
  • Has proven experience managing a range of social channels in an agency or in-house position (you could be an experienced Exec or Manager)
  • Is a strong writer, able to write compelling short, snappy social content.
  • Is highly creative and consultative in their approach.
  • Is immersed in social and keen to develop skills in new or emerging platforms.
