Job Description

Join Our Dynamic Team as an Online Lettings Negotiator!A leading property company is on the lookout for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our fast-growing business in Warwickshire.The ideal candidate will have fantastic customer services background, work well in a fast-paced environment, be able to multitask and have an outstanding phone manner. Experience as a letting negotiator is an advantage.Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare compelling landlord property adverts
  • Organize tenant viewings via our online dashboard
  • Conduct weekly landlord care calls
  • Carry out property rental value assessments
  • Prepare tenants for our in-house application process
  • Develop and maintain excellent rapport with clients, understanding their unique requirements
  • Collaborate closely with the team to streamline processes and ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments, continuously enhancing your knowledge of the property rental market
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Genuine interest in the property industry with a strong understanding of the rental market
  • Ideally record in lettings, demonstrating a passion for delivering high levels of customer care
  • Excellent telephone skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with clients
  • Strong customer-centric approach
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with excellent time management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and relevant software applications

Requirements:
  • Permanent, Full-time position
  • £22,000.00per year salary
  • Monday to Friday schedule (No weekends)
  • Bonus scheme, commission pay, quarterly bonus, and yearly bonus
  • Ability to commute or relocate to Henley-In-Arden (required)
  • In-person work location
