Job Description

Occupational Health Advisor required for a permanent hybrid working position. Experience in case management essential but this is a role whereby you will be supported in developing your OH skills.Perfect opportunity for an OHA who is passionate about improving their skills and developing their wider OH field to enhance their career.Client DetailsBritish multinational manufacturing company that is world re-known for producing luxurious, high end automotive products.Description* Case Management within a non-manufacturing environment* Health surveillance including Respiratory, Skin, Audio and HAVS* Fit for Work Assessments* Supporting the wider OH and Wellbeing Programme* Supporting and delivering Health Promotion Activities and Projects* Attend and participate in weekly meetings with the Wider Team including Health Promotion, Talking Therapies and the Clinic Teams* Work with the OH Team which includes support from In-house Occupational Health Physicians, Chief Medical Officer, Wellbeing Services as well as Admin TeamProfile* Registered Nurse with minimum of OH Diploma* Case Management experience* Pro-active attitude* Willingness to learn and develop OH skills* Resilient and enthusiastic Team Player* IT Skills* Engaging and positive* Assist with Wellbeing Projects as this is an area that is being focused on - Centres for Wellbeing are being createdJob Offer* Permanent position* 37 Hours or 40 Hours per Week* 8% Uplift on Salary for 40 Hour Contract!* Hybrid Working - ideally 3 Days on site for Face to Face, 2 Days Home Based* Autonomy with diary* 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays* Private Pension Scheme* 24/7 Wellbeing Support Services* Wider Clinical Team for Clinical Supervision, Upskilling and Guidance* NMC paid by reimbursement* Ongoing training and development* Working with experienced and stable team some of whom have been employed with the client for 10-20 years.* Replacing current staff member due to internal promotion
