Tool & Equipment Stewardship: Keep all tools and repair equipment organised and in pristine working condition, ready for immediate use to address any unexpected malfunctions. Emergency Readiness: Act as the first responder to any emergencies, breakdowns, or malfunctions, ensuring that disruptions to the production process are swiftly addressed and resolved. Initiative for Improvement Projects: Identify and initiate projects that aim to cut down on routine and extraordinary maintenance, thereby optimising both operational efficiency and energy consumption during the off-hours. Data-Informed Maintenance Focus: Utilise and enhance data analysis to strategically plan and execute maintenance tasks that yield the most significant results during the night hours. Communication Prowess: Exhibit strong communication skills, crucial for coordinating with day-time teams and reporting to management about night-shift activities and issues encountered. Technical Savvy: Utilise technical knowledge, including a strong grasp of MS Excel, to document and analyse night-shift maintenance work efficiently.
