Job Description

Facilities AssistantReedCoventry are delighted to have partnered up with a leading product design and development Company in Warwickshire, to appoint a Facilities Assistant.By joining this company, you will be part of innovative company who aim to make a positive difference in the world.Responsibilities

  • Collection and disposal of confidential waste across all sites
  • Emptying of recycling bins (plastic and glass)
  • Hazardous waste control and liaising with third party for the collection of
  • Proactive daily and reactive maintenance (e.g. sanitary problems, water leaks, etc)
  • Painting
  • Cleaning
  • Snagging
  • Taking/collection of company property as required
  • Purchase and collection of small consumable items e.g fittings, brushes, paint, light bulbs
  • Collect water bottles and other consumables
  • Weekly housekeeping
  • Liaise with external contractors as required
You will be working in a duo with another experienced Facilities Assistant.Key Details
  • Company Van
  • Temporary role (potentially 2-6 moths)
  • Part-Time (Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays)
  • Start Time 08:30am and Finish Time 5pm
  • 30mins lunch break
  • Hourly rate of £12.00 per hour
