Project manage the selection, CAPEX approval, purchase, delivery and installation of new manufacturing equipment. Coordinate and drive continuousimprovement of manufacturing processes.Lead and project manage all site facilities projects related to infrastructure of the site.Ensure (with HR support) that the area of responsibility is adequately resourced and encourage training development of the teamActively embrace and implement Values, HSE, Integrity, Diversity & Inclusion and other people related strategies within the Engineering teamProfileMinimum 5 years of leadership experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment. Engineering qualifications min HND.Proven record of CAPEX preparation, approval and delivery of significant engineering and site investments.
