Job Description

The Engineering Manager heads a team of Process and Maintenance engineers in our Coleshill site, guiding and coaching them, and developing their skills and knowledge.In this role, you will oversee the delivery and installation of key engineering and facilities investment projects whilst maintaining the current production facility.Client DetailsOne of the worlds leading engineering companies which helps customers to use electrical power effectively and to increase industrial productivity in a sustainable way; provides value-added solutions in robotics, machine and factory automation and has around20 locations in UK.For the 3rd year running has been recognised as a Top Employer in UK.DescriptionAs a member of the Leadership Team, demonstrate leadership and commitment with respect to meeting the business targets.Manage a team of maintenance and process engineers to ensure continuous running of manufacturing processes. Project manage the selection, CAPEX approval, purchase, delivery and installation of new manufacturing equipment. Coordinate and drive continuousimprovement of manufacturing processes.Lead and project manage all site facilities projects related to infrastructure of the site.Ensure (with HR support) that the area of responsibility is adequately resourced and encourage training development of the teamActively embrace and implement Values, HSE, Integrity, Diversity & Inclusion and other people related strategies within the Engineering teamProfileMinimum 5 years of leadership experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment. Engineering qualifications min HND.Proven record of CAPEX preparation, approval and delivery of significant engineering and site investments.
