I am looking for Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools in Warwick, Leamington, Kineton & Banbury.If you are looking for a route into teaching and want to gain experience before doing a PGCE then I can help. I work with a large number of schools in Warwickshire that use cover supervisors for their sickness cover. The work is flexible and I can find youwork on the days you are free. It is an ideal way to get paid teaching experience before doing a PGCE. Please have a look at the job role below and send your CV The Role: *A Cover Supervisor is likely to be used for short-term absences of a teacher. *Supervising work that has been set *Managing the behaviour of pupils *Dealing with immediate problems or emergencies according to school policies *Provide additional support in classrooms *Help out in other duties when needed such as lunch time, registrations, detentions and reception.
