Job Description

Architectural Technician/TechnologistReference: NHWAR340Location: WarwickshireSalary: Dependent on experienceI am currently working with a leading land and property company based in Warwickshire. This award-winning company are looking for an experienced Architectural Technician to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team.The successful candidate will need to be proficient using ArchiCAD with proven experience in producing accurate and attractive drawings for planning applications. There is the opportunities to work on a wide range of challenging and exciting projects withdisciplined experts.On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package to help support career development.Skills and responsibilities for this Architectural Technician/Technologist:

  • Producing quality CAD drawings, including Land Registry Plans, floor plans, elevations, and details.
  • Experience in building and land surveys (desired
  • Preparation of Scope of Works and initial Briefing Notes for projects.
  • Site assessments and development potential, including planning histories, policy analysis and interpretation of material considerations.
  • Preparing and submitting planning applications through the planning system.
Essentials needed for this Architectural Technician/Technologist
  • Proficiency using ArchiCAD software.
  • Architectural undergraduate qualification, ideally including planning related modules.
  • Proven experience in producing accurate and attractive drawings for planning applications.
  • Full driving licence, and access to your own vehicle.
  • The ability to manage time effectively, prioritising tasks to ensure that deadlines are met.
  • A willingness to be part of a team, to assist and interact with your colleagues.
  • The ability to learn new skills and working methods and be adaptable to change.
  • A proactive approach to work.
  • Flexible team player.
